ntonio Margarito to regain his boxing license in the state of Texas. For those of you who don't know, before Margarito's last fight against "Sugar" Shane Mosley in January 2009, he was caught with an illegal substance in his hand wraps under his gloves. The substance that was in Margarito's gloves was a plaster like substance that would harden as the fight continued. It is one thing to take a punch from a professional boxer, but it is completely heinous to think about the force behind getting hit with basically a cinder block. Because of the illegal object in his gloves, Margarito and his trainer were suspended for a year in the United States, and many believed it might turn into a permanent ban. Margarito was denied his license by the two biggest boxing commission in the US, the Nevada State and California State Boxing Commissions, but in a 100% money driven move, Texas allowed him to regain his license. Margarito will now take on the #1 Pound-For-Pound boxer in the world Manny Pacquiao on Novemeber 13 at Cowboys Stadium. Now we know people from Texas already think they're their own country, and when it comes to boxing they can gladly hold that honor. Like myself, many boxing purest find this act by the Texas State Boxing Commission unforgivable, and I know I definitely will not waste 1 second watching this fight.

Oh and just to prove how money driven this is, Pacquiao even acknowledged that Margarito had to know what was in his wraps, that there will NEED to be extra attention when his hands are getting wrapped, and that he thinks that this will be a huge draw that is why he took the fight.
