Beats & Breakfast

Wednesday…ahh…the middle of the week. Last time you got to binge drink was probably Saturday night. Well that’s depressing, so here’s something to stimulate the senses! Put these beats on while you make this tasty breakfast sandwich and you’ll be on your way to a TASTEe Beat. If you don’t listen to loud music and party, then you deserve a miserable Wednesday and cold breakfast.

This tasty barrel is sure to start your day off right if these beats haven’t already. Follow the instructions below step by step.

Makes two breakfast sandwiches (Pepper, Spinach, Sausage, Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich)



- Heat medium sized pan to medium heat

- Add 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic

- Toss in two Jimmy Dean sausage patties

- Cut pepper in half and gut and lay flat in pan (Let it soften up)

- Place two English muffins in toaster (Crispy = better)

- Wilt a handful of spinach

- Remove sausage patties, peppers, and wilted spinach

- Fry two eggs (Might have to add more butter)

- Once muffins pop up, place two slices of American cheese on them (AMERICAN = BEST)

- Place peppers on top of cheese, then sausage, then spinach, then fried eggs

- SERVE! (Pictures are not exact, yours will look better)
