Huevos Rancheros

I'm obviously down with breakfast, especially quick breakfast. Everything here can be prepared the night before and is bomb with any meal. This includes chopping up and mixing:

Avocado

Tomatoes

Onions

Corn

Spices (Salt, Pepper, Cilantro)

Now when you wake up listening to some beats, just heat up some jack cheese on a tortilla and some black beans.

Throw two fried eggs on top with the diced veggies from the night before and you have a full rancheros meal!

Damn today is gonna be a good day...
