Jaguar C-X75 Concept Car Revealed

Celebrating their 75th anniversary, Jaguar revealved it newest monster at the 2010 Paris Auto Show. The C-X75 super concept car is a 2-seater that mixes electric and gas power technology. The C-X75 is able to travel up to 68 miles on a single 6-hour plug-in charge of its lithium-ion batteries. Although, Jaguar states that gas engine ranges about 560 miles total. The horsepower on this baby maxes out at 778 with 1180 lb of torque. It's 0-60 mph is right at 3.4 seconds and tops out at 205 mph. The intakes provide up to 25,000 liters of air per minute to the 80,000 rpm turbines. The interior consists of lightweight seats and an adjustable steering wheel and gas pedals. No price tag is listed yet for the C-X75, but I'm going to guess that this will cost more than an arm and a leg. In response to the C-X75, Dr. Ralf Speth, Chief Executive Officer, Jaguar Land Rover said, “Performance through innovation has always been a Jaguar hallmark. From the beginning, cars such as the C-Type and D-Type pioneered aluminum construction, aerodynamic design, racing monocoques and disc brakes. The C-X75 demonstrates that the company is still leading the field in automotive design and technology”.
Hey, if Jag needs a test driver I'm available. Can I just have one please?
